We offer our clients two options for Systems Management services designed to optimize uptime and allow our support team to be as responsive as possible. This is one of the reasons clients come to Cal Net for computer services in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Ventura County—the service packages we offer allow them to choose according to their needs and budget. Please note that the following packages apply to clients in all locations throughout our network, whether a package is used for IT services in Long Beach, San Clemente, north into Santa Clarita, and west into Oxnard:
Systems Management for IT Computer Services Clients in CA

We offer our clients two options for Systems Management services designed to optimize uptime and allow our support team to be as responsive as possible. This is one of the reasons clients come to Cal Net for computer services in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Ventura County—the service packages we offer allow them to choose according to their needs and budget. Please note that the following packages apply to clients in all locations throughout our network, whether a package is used for IT services in Long Beach, San Clemente, north into Santa Clarita, and west into Oxnard:
- SYSManageSM services are proactive systems management practices in which each server, network device and workstation is updated with the necessary service packs and updates to secure the operating and anti-virus/spyware systems. All devices are continuously monitored for health and performance and Cal Net is alerted when potential issues arise, allowing our engineering team to resolve issues before they cause system outages. We are also notified of systems that fail after-hours, so that we can begin repairs and fix issues before they interfere with the next upcoming work day.
- TECAlertSM services is just the monitoring and alerting component of SYSManageSM, and thus does not include any patch management. It is a lower-cost alternative to SYSManageSM service, and is only available for servers and network devices. For clients selecting the TECAlertSM option (rather than SYSManageSM), server updates and patch management is performed manually by our Systems Engineers on an as-needed basis. (Of the two packages, this is the more limited one.) This is a starter package for businesses that want IT service in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange Counties—but prefer to limit both the range of support and the cost.
- SYSManageSM and TECAlertSM are only available to managed clients as part of a TECManageSM or CoManageSM support program, and are billed on a flat, fixed cost per month per device.
